System Kits

We also offer the following System Kits (complete packages inclusive of procedures, appointments, registers, basic legislation, training presentations (excluding presenting thereof), incident forms, emergency procedures, etc.):

  • Construction System Kit:  Developed to ensure compliance with the Construction Regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSAct), No 85/ 1993. The index of the Construction Kit provides more detailed information.
  • OHS System Kit for the General Industry:    Comprehensive and detailed management system developed to comply with minimum statutory and other best practices requirements.  It consists of 5 Chapters: Premises and Housekeeping; Safeguarding, Emergency Management, Incident Management, and Organizational Management
  • OHS System Kit for Office Environments:    Comprehensive and detailed management system developed to meet statutory requirements specifically applicable to office environments, where machinery is not used
  • Basic OHSAS 18001 System Kit:    Consists of procedures aligned with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Standard).  It provides more general guidelines on a broad range of Occupational Health and Safety Management system issues and is very generic.  Implementation is according to an OHS Management System Manual.
  • Combined OHSAS 18001  and Office / General Industry System Kit:    Combines the generic requirements of OHSAS 18001 procedures and incorporates detailed level 2 procedural requirements, as per (b) & (c) above, and aligns the requirements to ensure OHSAS 18001:2007 compliance (not certification).
