Theresa was the team leader for the Safety Culture Review conducted at Necsa – the first Safety Culture review conducted for a South African Nuclear Facility. She has since joined Safework Consultants, as General Manager, which allowed further experience and challenges in systems integration and implementation and OHS training/presentations.
